People often want to know how they can help with archaeological projects. Many projects, sometimes organised by Jon Kenny - community ardchaeology need help with fieldwork. Whenever we hear about opportunities we circulate them through email and social media check out our Networking page to make sure you hear about opportunities.

Paying for Training

To make archaeological opportunities sustainable you may have to pay for the opportunity. Don't be put off by this as you can often find some really exciting opportunities on training excavations. York Arcaheological Trust offers really thorough training on their Archaeology Live programme for example.
