How we Finance our Work

 

To make Jon Kenny - community archaeology sustainable into the future we have to find income from somewhere! We do this by charging for many of our services. These charges are mainly levied for professional services such as acting as consultant archaeologist for groups with project funding, delivering courses and giving talks and walks. If eligibility rules allow, we also apply for small amounts grant funding in our own right. 

We do understand that to begin with, many groups don't have much available funding to pay for our services. So to start off we are happy to simply talk about what you might want to do and offering exploration such as a taster day of fieldwork to whet appetites for bigger (ad)ventures...
