Archaeological studies of the East Riding in the fourth to ninth centuries AD
 

This volume was the product of a conference held on 4th June 1995. The conference was conceived and organised by students of the University of York Archaeology Society. It contains a series of eleven papers focusing on various aspects of the archaeology of the East Riding in Yorkshire in the Anglo-Saxon and Early Medieval periods, including the progress of archaeological research, burials, settlement evidence, metalwork, coinage and monuments. 

The book was published by Oxbow Books in 2000.
